# Withdraw Assets

> How to Withdraw Assets on trade.cnho.io？

If you wish to transfer your digital assets out of your trading account, follow the steps below to complete a withdrawal from [**trade.cnho.io**](http://trade.cnho.io).

### Step 1: Log In

* Go to [**trade.cnho.io**](http://trade.cnho.io)
* Log in using your **email and password**
* Ensure your account has completed both **KYC** and **Bank Verification**

### Step 2: Navigate to the Asset Details Page

* Locate the asset you wish to withdraw (e.g., CNHO, mBTC, ETH)
* Click on the asset to view its **Asset Details Page**

### Step 3: Click the “Withdraw” Button

* On the Asset Details Page, click the **“Withdraw”** button
* This opens the withdrawal form for the selected asset

### Step 4: Fill in Withdrawal Information

Complete the withdrawal form using the following fields:

| Field                    | Description                                                                                        |
| :----------------------- | :------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Receiving Blockchain** | Select the blockchain where you want to receive the withdrawn asset (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, etc.) |
| **Receiving Address**    | The wallet address where your assets will be sent                                                  |
| **Amount You Withdraw**  | The amount of the asset you wish to withdraw. The available balance will be shown for reference.   |
| **Amount You Receive**   | The actual amount you will receive after deducting any applicable gas/network fees                 |
| **Gas Fee**              | Estimated fee based on blockchain network conditions                                               |

### ⚠️ Important Notes

* **Minimum Withdrawal**: 100 CNHO (or equivalent for other assets such as mBTC)
* **Manual Review**: All withdrawals are subject to **manual approval** and may take up to **24 hours** to be processed.
* **Security Checks**:
  * Withdrawals using a **new receiving address** or following a **password/security change** will require extra manual verification.
  * Expect a **verification call or email** from the team.
* **Safety Reminder**:
  * Always verify your withdrawal address before confirming.
  * Use secure browsers and devices to avoid tampering or leakage of your information.

### 🧮 Special Case: mBTC Withdrawals

When withdrawing **BTC**, the system uses the **mBTC** unit:

> **1 BTC = 1000 mBTC**\
> For example, to withdraw **0.01 BTC**, you should enter **10 mBTC** in the withdrawal form.
