- Ensure your account has passed both KYC and Bank Verification
Step 2: Navigate to the Asset Details Page
- On the dashboard, locate the asset you wish to deposit (e.g., CNHO, mBTC, ETH)
- Click on the asset to view its Asset Details Page
Step 3: Click the “Deposit” Button
- On the Asset Details Page, click the “Deposit” button
- This opens the deposit form for the selected asset
Step 4: Fill in Deposit Information
Complete the deposit form using the information below.⚠️ Important Notes
- Minimum Deposit: 100 CNHO (or equivalent for other tokens like mBTC)
- Manual Review: All deposits are subject to manual verification and may take up to 24 hours to be credited.
- Security Tips:
- Always double-check deposit addresses.
- Use secure networks and devices to prevent phishing or information tampering.
- If your account security settings or password have recently changed, your deposit may be delayed due to a manual audit.
🧮 Special Case: mBTC Deposit
If depositing BTC using the mBTC denomination:1 BTC = 1000 mBTC
For example, if you are depositing 0.01 BTC, please input 10 mBTC on the deposit form.
